Mediterranean Style Garlic, Caper & Oregano

Yummy!!!

We made a fabulous dinner thanks to the Mediterranean-style sauce with gnocchi and sweet Italian sausage. There were fabulous layers of flavor that enhanced the gnocchi and gave life to the sausage. We live in an area without any good Italian restaurants -- we have tons of red sauce joints with no flair or polish or subtlety. So these sauces are a God-send.

We love your Garlic, Caper and your Tomato & Basil sauces. Easy to make and taste great. Perfect when you're having guests over.

For a ready to use sauce this rendition is outstanding.
Better than any I have tried and I've tried plenty.
Works very well with Rao's meatballs.

I never ever use jar sauce but I saw Scott Conant name I just had to try it I'm Italian so I always cooked my own sauce. But your sauce is absolutely
delicious I now always have a few jars in my pantry.

I tried this sauce the minute I received it I followed the chefs recipe with the spaghetti and let me tell you it was outstanding so far. I haven’t tried the others, but this sauce is spectacular. I just loved it. I have raved about it to so many people that it’s so much like homemade I can’t believe it.
